After your onboarding call, we build everything and bring it to you ready to go. Your only job is to review it and approve it. If you can use your phone, you can use this system.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are fully live within 5–7 business days after their onboarding call. During that call we collect everything we need — your services, pricing, availability, and how you like to communicate with clients. We do the build. We test it. Then we hand it off to you running.
Will the AI sound robotic to my clients?
No. The AI is programmed in a warm, conversational tone that matches your brand and the way you naturally talk to clients. We customize the language, the personality, and the responses to feel like you — just faster and always available. What happens if a client asks something the AI doesn't know?

Your monthly platform fee of $197 keeps your AI active and maintained. On top of that, you only pay for what your AI actually does. Voice AI is billed at $0.13 per minute of call time — the average beauty client call runs 1–3 minutes. Conversational AI is billed at $0.02 per message sent or received. Most clients using one system pay $10–$40/month in usage. Most clients on the bundle pay $15–$60/month combined. You are never charged for idle time.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts. After your one-time setup fee, you're month-to-month. We keep clients by delivering results — not by locking them in. You can cancel anytime. That said, most clients stay because once the system is running, going back to doing it manually is not an option they want to consider.
